Booking policy
By booking an appointment with us, you agree to our policy set out below:

We kindly request that 24 hours notice is given if you need to cancel or change your appointment. 50% of the treatment cost will be charged for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows. This also applies to amendments to bookings with less than 24 hours notice.

A non-refundable booking fee is applicable for some treatments.

Please arrive on time to your appointment. Late arrival will regrettably result in reduction of your treatment time.

Please advise us upon booking of any allergies or contraindications that could affect your treatment.

We do not offer gel nail treatments or enhancements for those under age 16. For other treatments (i.e Teen facial or brow waxing) parent or guardian consent is required for under 16's.

We do not offer gel polish, acrylic or builder gel removal or infill work that has been applied at another salon.

Any nail chips or breaks are guaranteed for 3 days, repairs are £2 per nail thereafter. You must notify us within the 3 days for the repair to be free of charge. Repair work after 3 weeks will not be carried out, as at this point you will be due a new set or infill.

Please advise us if gel polish is on and requires removal prior to your appointment to allow extra time.

Booking requests made via the website contact us page or chat form are not guaranteed until confirmed by us.

We do request that you do not bring children with you to your appointment for the safety and enjoyment of yourself and other clients having treatments.
The prices on the website are correct as of the 3rd of February 2025 and subject to change.
Privacy policy
At Cherubs Beauty Boutique, we take your personal data very seriously and that’s why we want to let you know why and how we collect and store your personal details in accordance with GDPR legislation.
We collect your data in several ways:
• In the salon using a printed client consultation form
• We then store your name, address, date of birth, email address, treatment history and any medical alerts on our secure system.
• Contact Form – This is a contact form on our website for you to contact us with enquiries. We ask for your name, number and email to leave a message.
•Social media – You may contact us via Facebook messenger or other networks and we will use this to contact you, but not store this information.
When arriving for your appointment at the salon we will ask you to complete a client consultation form on your first visit. This includes:
•Your full name, so we can address you in the salon and ensure all communication is with the correct person.
•Address, to help us distinguish 2 clients with identical names. If any of your loved ones contact us to send you a gift voucher.
•Email address to add to our mailing list for any future promotions or to contact you regarding appointments.
•Medical history including operations, diseases, disorders – Medical history is crucial to allow us to perform our treatments safely and adhere to the terms of our insurance.
•Allergies, to ensure nothing we use during a treatment or around you at the salon can cause you harm, irritation or any other complications and to adhere to the terms of our insurance.
•Medication, some medication can be a contraindication to treatment or react with products we use. It is essential we know details to protect you the client and adhere to our insurance terms.
•Patch test is a skin test we carry out in the salon to test for potential allergic reactions to certain treatments. We keep this on file, so all therapists know you can have that treatment and in the event of a reaction we know what was used and when.
•Treatment history, so each therapist can see what and how the last therapist carried out a treatment on you to ensure results are consistent amongst all staff.
•For some treatments we will take treatments photos for our social media – before and after photos on salon devices aid the client experience and proof of progress/treatment and will be used for marketing on our social media channels.
Paper copies of consultation forms are stored alphabetically in a secure area that only staff of Cherubs Beauty Boutique have access to.
Digital information is stored using a device that is password protected. We will hold your data for 10 years unless you ask us otherwise. In order to continue to provide the client with the best service possible we need these records to see exactly what treatments were performed, reactions, likes, dislikes, patch tests, products used etc.
•You have the right to be forgotten. If at any time you no longer wish to be on the database that’s no problem.
•You have the right to access your personal data and the right to rectification if it is incomplete, incorrect or out of date.
•You have the right to data portability if you wish us to transfer some personal data maybe patch test results if you a moving to another salon.
•You have the right to object to processing and direct marketing. Your data can remain in one place but not used.
